Fabric back polyurethane sheet is produced using automated equipment for computer casting and monitoring. In addition to the standard verification process, we also conduct strict quality inspection on each batch of goods during pouring and after final curing to ensure ultimate tensile strength, elongation at break at 100% and 300% modulus, and hardness tester rating.

The polyurethane sheet on the back of the fabric is designed to be connected to the substrate through adhesive. It is recommended to use metal fabric backing for areas where bolted connections are difficult or not ideal and require formability.
